The laws on holding personal data in the United States may be less stringent than the laws of your country, but K2K will hold and transmit your personal information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from K2K to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

BACK ORDERS
Since we offer products through a few different avenues such as our physical walk-in store and on-line store it is possible from time to time for some of the items listed to become back ordered. We will attempt to contact you should a back-ordered situation occur.
AGE RESTRICTION
Many states, provinces, countries and regions of the world reserve their own laws regarding the selling of alcoholic beverages and/or alcohol-related products to minors. K2K respects those laws. However, to the best of K2Ks knowledge, it is not illegal to sell the ingredients and knowledge required to brew your own beer or wine. It is the responsibility of the individual to learn and obey the laws of their locality. Please respect your local laws and brew and/or drink responsibly. K2K assumes no responsibility for harm or injury caused to persons brewing or ingesting alcohol made from our products.
