This five-gallon kit is well balanced between high bitterness, big hop aroma, and great malt flavor from the included grains. With hopped extract, Galena for flavor , Centennial for aroma, and Cascade for dry-hopping, this kit has big alpha acids for big flavor!

IBUs are very high, but well-balanced.
